I'm Trey Zupancic, a lifelong Southern Colorado native with a passion for real estate. Pursuing this career has always been a dream of mine, and I'm thrilled to be on this journey. With five years of experience in the fire service, I've developed a strong ability to handle stressful situations, which is incredibly valuable during real estate negotiations. My commitment to putting people first and building lasting relationships based on trust and integrity remains unwavering. My goal is to help clients achieve their dreams, whether it's purchasing a new home for their family, buying their first property, or selling a property. I strive to act in the best interest of my clients, ensuring their needs and aspirations are met with the highest level of service and care.

As a father, it's important to me to pave a path of commitment and leadership for my kids. I aim to set a great example of honesty and show them the importance of being a good person. Outside of work, I cherish spending time with my wife and our two wonderful kids.

In my free time, I love to explore the beautiful landscapes of Colorado, immersing myself in nature and appreciating the great outdoors. Whether it's hiking, camping, or simply enjoying a scenic drive, the natural beauty of our region fuels my enthusiasm for preserving and enhancing our community.
