About Gunny Pagnotta

A Colorado native, Gunnison "Gunny" Pagnotta has also lived in Idaho and New Mexico. He and his beautiful wife, Heather (Opthalmic Technician) have five cherished children: daughter, Shyanne (29) a trainer for the statewide judicial system; son, Corban (27) U.S. Coast Guard veteran and currently in radiology school; son, Weston (12th grade); son, Landon (10th Grade); and daughter, Allie 8th Grade.

Gunny grew up working on ranches throughout South-Central Colorado, affording him in-depth knowledge of farm and ranch including extensive experience working cattle, haying, farming, irrigating, fencing, and more. He is currently in the process of earning his Accredited Land Consultant Designation with the nationwide REALTOR® Land Institute, Colorado Chapter.   

In addition, Gunny's high energy enthusiasm, sincere interest in listening carefully to needs and wants, and passion for the outdoors allow him to perfectly match prospective buyers with that perfect piece of the Colorado outdoors. He works tirelessly on behalf of buyers or sellers to assist them in their real estate "ad"ventures. Gunny’s favorite hobbies include reading, travel, watching and coaching sports and all things outdoors. 

With an extensive background including ranching, fire-fighting, teaching, coaching and small business ownership, Gunny can relate to any buyer or seller. He has never considered real estate “work” and simply enjoys driving around in the diverse landscapes of Colorado and meeting new friends.
