Wynnelle Turner, Broker Associate

I am Wynnelle Turner and have lived many different areas of our country before moving to Huerfano County in 1989. My first real estate license was obtained in 1968 in Washington State where I sold recreational land on Whidbey Island.

I graduated from Clark College in Vancouver Washington in 1983. From there we moved to San Antonio Texas where the advertising for 35 acre parcels of land in Colorado caught our attention.

We have 70 acres on Yellowstone Creek and average about 45 head of cattle which my son Todd manages.

I have been selling real estate in Colorado at United Country Butte Valley Realty for 18 years. I am proud to now be in La Veta and associated with the Christian family at Capture Colorado Mountain Properties.

I love the climate, the mountains, the people of Colorado. Helping people find their dream is what I really enjoy about being a real estate broker and I would be honored to help you find yours.
